100 g flour
25 g of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
½ teaspoon of salt
60 g unsalted butter, thawed
60 ml of coconut oil
130 g brown sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
200 g grated zucchini
175 g chocolate chips
How to make Chocolate Zucchini Bread
Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl until blended. Put aside.
In a large bowl, add eggs, melted butter, coconut oil, vanilla, and brown sugar. Stir well.
Enter the flour mixture, stir gently. Add grated zucchini, stir.
Add ¾ chocolate chips, stir well. Pour the mixture into a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips.
Bake in the oven at 180⁰C for 75 minutes. Take it out, cool it.
Cut the cake according to taste, serve.
