Over the past few years in particular, coffee pods have become something of a controversial subject. As a country, the UK is now spending somewhere in the region of £110 million every year on coffee pods of one type or another. But while all this is going on, campaign groups are quite rightly highlighting the potential pollution problem attributed to coffee capsules.
